I need some computer help

I have a friend that cant get into Hotmail. I went to her house, and tried to fix it... I reinstalled windows... and it still get the same error. The error says that you need to enable cookies. I set her computer up the same way as mine is... and it still doesn't work. I can get into her account from my computer, but not hers. And if I try to get into any site that has a password, like AOL, Yahoo mail, and stuff like that. I'm kind of stuck, but if I can get some help on here... I would be very thankful... thanks
