Clutch problems with my 95 Chevy

OWWWWWWW - attacked by wasps/hornets (spent the day in the hospital)

Hey everyone I didnt know where to post this, as it is an off topic question, but here goes. In my History composition class I need to research a topic that I am interested in and that I can somehow squeek out 15 pages on. So I am thinking I would like to write about Cummins. First question I have for you guys is, what do you think a good subtopic would be. My main topic of course is Cummins, but I need something narrower, like Cummins rise to glory or the reasoning behind Cummins starting to build engines. Now while this may seem easy, because yall know everything there is to know about Cummins, you prolly haven't published a book on it, which is what I need. I have done some searching and found a book called The Engine That Could: Seventy-five Years of Values-driven Change At Cummins Engine Company.

If you all know of any other books that are written about Cummins, please let me know. I am meeting w/my prof Wednesday to discuss this possible topic, but I need all the resources(books, newspaper articles, magazine articles, etc. ) that I can get my hands on.

Thanks for you help

Josh

Athens. Must be OU. Won't hold that against you. OSU here. :-laf

Just because I go to OU doesnt mean I'm a Bobcat. I'm a Buckeye fan for life. I didnt know OU existed until 5 or 6yrs ago, LOL.

I dont have issue 47. I joined last spring and have received 48 and 49. Is there anyone that can scan those pages for me and email them to me?

Thanks!

If you can find a copy of The Diesel Odyssey of Clessie Cummins in your library, it is a good read for what you are looking for. My school (Virginia Tech) had it at one time, so you may want to check. If you cannot find it, I've got a signed copy that I can loan you.

I checked online and didnt find the book, went to ebay and checked and they didnt have it. I will ask my prof if there is anywhere else I can look for it. Hopefully I dont have to take you up on your offer, I'd be sick if something happened to it while being mailed, so hopefully I can find it locally.

How many National Titles does Texas have? When was the last time they won a Big 12 title???? Ok thats what I thought. This was a game in September, lets talk in January

B. G. Thanks again, thats great, I need to find book reviews as well. Now I just need to secure that book.

They have three, OSU has 5 hardly a valid way of saying a program is no good... the big 12 isn't really that old, in 9 years they won it three times. OSU won it 29 times in 108 yrs. Numbers say TX is better, but I think we both know that's not valid comparison. OSu shared the big 10 title 14 of those 29 times.

You mention January... well with a loss in september are sure setting themselves up NOT to be anywhere near the top in January ask the boys at Oklahoma about winning a title this year. Albeit OSU lost to a very good Texas team, feasibly they can stay in it if they hope and pray for Texas AND USC to lose.

With only a 10-12 game season for most schools and no playoff, a loss in college football is almost certainly a season ender.
