I need something non-slick for tailgate.....

What should I put on my tailgate that will give traction for my dogs when they're jumping in and out of my pickup shell??? Is there a "do-it-yourself" product that's worth a hoot? Or a spray-in-product that would be best?

The Rhino spray in liner will fit the bill. Been there ... did it. Oo.
