I think I need a bigger Turbo......

Just installed Super Mentals and now my EGTs are hitting the 1550* mark. . Where are you guys getting the twin turbos from? Also I looking to upgrade my cam and port my head. Thanks.

I see in your sig that you are running an HX40 with a 12cm2 housing, is that correct? If so you may want to consider going to a 16cm2... A good head porting will do wonders for your egt's as well.

Yes I have a 12cm2 housing but, I also have a automatic with a DTT 91% TC, I hate turbo lag.....

WKener - I posted a question on the competition forum regarding head port/polish and have not received many replies. What have been your experiences with this procedure?

I too would like to know about the port-n-polish and how it effected your EGT and spool up. Also if you don't mind, how much did it cost to have it done??

Devildog,anything you use that it bigger will affect spool up. Twins are the only thing that may keep your EGTS down,and have little turbo lag.
