Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) I think transmission is going

I noticed last night when I get into it that it feels like truck is cuts out for split second makes it like buck like starving for fuel but fp is fine and it is itermitent and also when driving easy it feels like transmission is shifting back and forth between gears 2nd and 3rd with od off feels like torque converter lockup in a way but it isn't also intermittent what do I look for
