I`ve been RIPPED......

Well my truck had a cracked turbo housing and a exaust leak so Im thinking its time for a turbo upgrade. But guys are complaining about low boost codes ect... well I use my truck alot so relieablity is number one. I talked to Rip told him my conserns had to keep Jakebreak ect... well long story short RIP set me up with a HTT 2nd Gen manifold HTT62/13SS all custom their work is awsome truck runs great no codes (well one overboost) before I loaded the Smarty. On level 3 this thing ROCKS. Driving easy you cant tell any differance my wifes only comment was is that whinning the turbo? If you drive it aggresive there is a little lag But once you hit 1500rpm this thing RIPPS (sorry could not resist) OK those that want to Know about towing so far I like it alot. I towed my trailer (8000lbs) to Fort Lewis Wa. from Salem Ore. approx 500miles round trip alot of small hills set the crusie control for extended times did 60 to 75mph it ran Great will be taking a 12000mile trip the end of august loaded (18 to 20K) so will check mpg plus differant Smarty settings All and All THANKS RIPP and CREW GREAT JOB SOURCE AUTO!!!!!!!!!! Just got my Smarty (UPS) from Rip yesterday... ... some day, I'll actually get down to his shop.

Only setting it on level 5 - until the clutch can get swapped out.

Looks like boost boots might be a consideration too..... and a bigger turbo, and some injectors, and a FASS, and a... . and a... . and a... . and a... .
