Posting photos help??

Hey guys, just wanted to say how much I love it here, lots of info, been doing lots of reading. I just picked up an 04.5 2500 standard cab and long bed with the nv5600 and am in love! I was wondering if anyone can help me out with the tailgate emblems. I need reference points on where on the tailgate they are mounted. Since mine were removed by the P.O. If it's a Laramie does it still get an slt badge on the tailgate or do they make a Laramie badge? Thanks for tolerating my dumb questions

Welcome aboard Brett! I'd love to help but it'll have to wait till the bad storm passes. Please establish a signature so we know what you've got- helps in the future! SLT and Laramie are different trim levels. I identify with the grilles. SLT= honeycomb sections, Lar= billet bars. There are no dumb questions. In case you haven't found it, This is a good reference.
Tell us more about it.

I'm sorry I should have worded that a little bit better my truck is a Laramie I was just curious if the badges were different between the SLT and the Laramie. I'll work on getting my signature together I'm at work right now and using my mobile device haha

There, signature should be good to go! Hopefully this weekend I'll have my fast coolers on the transmission and a full fluid changeover on the vehicle to Amsoil

My 2004.5 Laramie 2WD has a Laramie badge on the lower right about 2 3/16" from the right edge. It's about 5 3/4" up form the bottom of the tailgate..

The Dodge and Heavy Duty emblems are on the lower left about 2" from the left edge. The Heavy Duty is 6 1/2" from the bottom.

There is about 3/8" vertical spacing between the HD and the Dodge emblems.

The Dodge letters are about 1/2" apart.

Not to mislead you but gold Laramie a 2WD.

PS--

I found some other photos. The red truck is a 2003 SLT 4X4 and the white truck is a 2007 4X4 Lone Star, (similar to a Big Horn).

Maybe this will help.

Thank you guys so much for all of the responses! I apologize for my lack of posting, I have no internet at my house, only my parents. Also, what is the easiest way to replace the front valance? Those bolts seem impossible to get to.

Thank you again!
