Those Cummins guys are a great bunch of guys!!! I not only got a great meal, free T shirt and a goodie bag of stuff, but I also won the raffle for the "Homelite Generator". Just picked it up today at the Cummins Springfield location. I'm looking forward to their next open house. Maybe they will raffle off a new Dodge CTD :)

Hope it works for ya!

I got a 50 dollar check in the mail from them for third place in the show and shine!!

Hey Pitbull, I hope you influenced the Cummins people to set up a Power Master's Road Club for us here in Mid-America. I don't understand why they have not activated a club for this region. Surely there are enough Cummins owners that it would generate lots of business and certainly build interest. I just received my renewal notice but is for the Dallas region where I first joined about six years ago. The closest participating dealer for us is Tulsa and the programs are all in Texas and that is too far to go.

Jammar, you got me on this one. What is a Power Masters Road Club?

Power Masters Road Club

This is a Cummins sponsored organization. It provides some benefits such as 10% discounts on parts and labor. A quarterly newsletter and bi-annual clinics plus nationwide roadside engine assistance. The charter membership was $17. 95 which is suppose to be $12. 00 off on the regular price. My experience has been that the price is $17. 95 for everyone all the time.

I thought this was what you attended in KC but it may not be yet you said you picked up the generator at the Springfield Cummins shop.

Cummins Organization.

The information that I have identifies an organization "Cummins Power Masters Road Club". The return mailing address for the membership enrollment form is:

"Power Masters Road Club Headquarters

7420 Shadeland station Way

Indianapolis, IN 46256"

In the listing for "Supporting Distributors" are the States and cities that have a Cummins shop. Missouri is not listed as having any distributors that participate. The enrollment materials I have received have come from Indiana and the newsletter and clincs/gatherings have come from Cummins Southern Plains, head quarted in Arlington, TX.

After further review on the Cummins Mid-America web site they do list an organization as the "Power Bosters" and make no reference to the "Power Masters" Where can I get more information on this? The person in charge of the automotive section is listed but there seems to be no email address for him.
