Ft. Wayne Indiana has stuff I want

Rhode Island to INDIANA ?????

Just wondering if anyone is familiar with roads heading north from Greenville, SC to Johnson City, TN. Going to a small campground (Riverview) near Jonesborough, TN ( National Storytelling Festival 10/1-3/04) Only time I've been that way lately I wasn't concerned with pulling anything. Pulling a small 5th Wheel - with a 5. 9 gas/3. 55 rearend/auto. Ya, I do need a Cummins, but for now I can't get one. Anyway are there any long grades going that way? I'm leaving from Atlanta, GA by I85. (Atlanta looks flat till you start riding a bicycle around here)

It's been a couple of years since I've been on that route but I believe your 360 will be working going up into Tenn. There is one grade on I-26 just north of Ashville going into Tenn that that lasts for a couple of miles, after that it's just rolling hills.

Its a hard pull across "Sams Gap" but the new road is much better than the old way across. We came across in July from myrtle beach, got a couple hard pulls for sure, take it easy coming off the other side,(Exhaust brake on "my wish I had list" would help here. )Have a great trip & enjoy your East Tn. visit.
