Can someone tell what the ICQ number is all about.

It's an internet chat program that's available at http://www.icq.com . You register and get a # and exchange your # with others and build up a chat list. It works really well for staying in touch. You can tell when people are on line and not, etc. I had a friend that I hadn't spoken with in over 8 years find me via a search on icq and we chat regularly now.
