I'm sure Cooper ATP are no different than any other tire as far as air pressure is concerned. Go with the recommended pressure in the owners guide and on the sticker on the drivers side door jamb.
In my experience, 80psi in the rear on an empty truck will get me a bad ride, reduced traction and tires gone prematurely bald in the center. Ideal pressures will vary from one tire model to another. What worked best for my BFG Rugged Trails was not so good for BFG A/T KO.
Do a search for TRA load tables and set ptessure based on tire load. I'm traveling at the moment but if you haven't found it by the weekend send me a PM and I'll look it up for you.
The chart gives the minimum safe pressure but that may not be the best for wear or responsive handling. They're lower than I'd run. I've seen people talk about ideal pressures based on personal experience; maybe none of those people have run these tires, so they haven't responded.
