I'm struggling to identify injectors sold as new OEM Bosch for my 07 5.9 (0 445 120 238). If they come in bubble wrap in a box with no Bosch name or part number referenced, is there any other way of identifying them? I bought new Bosch injectors years ago for a GM and they came well marked including part numbers.

That is the correct number for new injectors. Mine are not marked either on several sets I have bought. Unfortunately, you have to trust the source that they are actually new injectors.

It is my understanding that there is no way to order new injectors for the Dodge applications. Each MY set (03-04 vs 04.5-07) has one active part number (orders for both numbers only ship one part number) which can be either new or Bosch reman.

The only guaranteed new injector I know of the marine 480 injector, which has the spray pattern for 03-04 and works well in the 04.5-07 for most, if not all, who try it.

Some companies are selling new Bosch injectors for 03-04 and 04.5-07 with stock nozzles so I am not sure what they are doing to source them... and maybe it's mix and match.

I could be wrong, but that is the info I have been given from several decent sources.

We have both Gen-New are Injectors completely reconditioned BY BOSCH, Bosch has 1 spec 2 different Injectors, Virgins, are 100% new ....Not 1 part has ever been installed, the morality rate between both Injectors are the same, (Next to NONE) The only differences is cost Virgins run about $100.00 more then Gen-New, up 2014 the buyer could keep his injectors W/O core charge, NOW Bosch Requires Cores even on Virgins..If?When I replace injectors I use Gen-New and save My money on any vehicle I own.

Up to 2009 Bosch could not keep up with demand OEM/and replacements ,Many New engines received Parcels 2 Virgins and 4 Gen-New, etc . Many seller(s) are twisting up Sales by using terms that are mis-leading, Like factory NEW replacements, This could mean anything, they could be House mans or even molested injectors. The whole CR Injector selling is just screw up.

Bosch Now has NEW warranty standards so You need to even more careful WHO you buy form, T&C carriers ALL the Warranty on ALL products sold BY us Except Banks Products. This meets Bosch seller agreement's, Fortunately We always Rebadge are products,( BC we already had agreements with Bosch Distributor in place) If Bosch is able to prove you are violating there agreements (1 and You will be done) In other words you need to be more careful then ever in Buying Bosch products, BC if Bosch pulls the plug on your seller, Most likely your seller warranty will be gone .ugh.
