Is there any identifying mark or number on the lift pump that indicates whether it's a 3990105, 4932707 or 3990082 or whatever. In other words, if you were handed a pump could you identify it by Cummins part number?

Thanks

I just got my cummins campain 0504 part number 4090046 lift pumps today. They have carter S/N starting with 207 on both of them. One also has a Cummins part number of 4932708 on a sticker on the actual pump, the other doesnt. Kinda wierd, but both were still sealed from Cummins, but one has a goldish colored motor casing, the other has a chrome colored casing. Any of you find this? The one with gold colored motor casing has the sticker, the other did not.

hahaha, funny! But anyway, didnt know if there is a difference in the pump with the different motor casing. Probably doesnt matter, but none the less interesting.
