Anybody know the make of C219 connector and terminals or where to source terminals ? C219 connector is the 74 pin inline connector next to parking brake. I want to be able to add leads to unpopulated positions in this connector which are nicely fused in the power distribution center ( PDC ). Photos of connector below:

Connector repair packages are not available for that connector. But if you can find a dealer that has the two big blue boxes of repair packages (a dealer that has been in business for a while) you might be able to match up the terminals since that is all you need. You would have to remove a terminal from your connector to match it up.

Thanks sag2. Tried to do this very thing, but I couldn't figure out how to remove a terminal when I had this connector apart. I think it requires releasing two tabs from both sides. Perhaps somebody else has removed a terminal from this connector ?

I ran into a similar problem when disconnecting/connecting terminals to a connector on my tractor's electronic sprayer controls. I searched on "YouTube" and found an instructional video that showed the correct terminal removal tool needed to remove the terminals from the connector. I found and purchased the tool on amazon.com. The tool worked and made the job easy. Using the proper tool, I didn't damage the terminal, wires, or the connector.

Thanks Bill. Had a look already on YouTube, but it is a good suggestion as I've learned lots of things there.

Sag2, I did stop by a local dealer today and ask about the "blue boxes." Parts person was aware of the blue boxes, but said no more at least at that dealership. He spent sometime looking, but said unlikely given that truck is 2004. He got quite close with something for much more modern truck. I'll try another local dealer.

It is hard to tell from the fuzzy photo, but I believe you pry up the yellow lock tab and then you can release the grey tab on each terminal. A couple of good quality photos of the connector might be good to see if we can help.
