Idiot gauges going crazy

All of my idiot gauges keep blinking on and off, bells ringing, tail lights flashing on and off. I tryed unplugging the quad box, that didn't help. Seemed worse in the rain yesterday, Short? Where to start looking?

Major computer problem. Try reading the instrument panel codes first. Depress trip reset button and turn key to "RUN". Hold for several seconds and watch the odometer...

There was a TSB for 03's to keep the the red check eng lamp (or what ever it reads) from blinking on intermittantly. That may help the first problem.
