Idiot rack installed for wing

I added this post under towing because of its possible advantage to milage while towing. I plan to place mounts on top of rack for adding a wing. Mounts on top on both sides are for mounting lights. Mounts on top facing front are for air horns.

I know it. I have some fitting to do for the wing and lights. Will remove then and have it sprayed with Line-X and re-install. Will then place nuts on bottom.

looks goot, my only concern is that it might bend the bed rails with the wing on top. How much force(wind resistance) is the wing going to put on the rack and the box rails?



I think I would try to extend the mounting feet farther back on the rails to help distribute the load over a larger area of the bedrails.

Nice rack. Can you run the air lines for the horns through it anywhere? Cause that would be cool.
