I can say you have a mechanical problem in your injection system.
Now you need to figure out where.
I'd start by measuring the fuel return rate from the system.
Because, either your CP3 is toast or your Rail system can't keep the pressure, leaking more then expected somewhere.
I was driving a couple hundred miles the last days and rail pressure is always between 15k and 18k driving highways and interstates. Only at idle it goes down to 7k jumping up as soon as I touch the throttle.
