Hi Guys (and Girls)

When I back out of the driveway in my '96, or when I am waiting at a light and the idle speed is low because the exhaust brake and the A/C is on the engine goes rumm... rumm... rumm... sorta like an old Greyhound bus with the

6-71 under the floor. Air in the suction side of the fuel line?? Or just raspy 370's?? Or??

Thanks,

david

on the back of your throttle rocker arm, there is a little peg, which can be turned to bump up the idle. It takes a 10mm wrench, and if you unscrew it about 2-3 full turns, it should be where you like. . you may have to adjust it to get it exactly where you want, so be prepared to do that. If you need any help, feel free to PM me about this situation. . I encounter it quite a bit during the week at work, as we have lots of P-Pumped trucks, so I keep busy doing idle adjustments! Good luck to ya!
