what a small country this is. i just moved my mom from winnemucca to so cal a year ago. my step father (deceased) and her did grading ,dozer and back hoe services. i know yer out in the middle of nowhere. hell its two plus hours to costco. hehehe. when i get back up there i'll look you up for a cup of coffee. ken

You live in a great place. I used to travel Nevada quite a bit in my last job and Winnemucca was probably my favorite town on I-80. There is a little family resturant, Kountry Kitchen (NOT the chain Country Kitchen!), on the main drag that was one of my top spots for food in Nevada.



Speaking of that, Mr. Moderator, how about a 'where to eat/ stay/ recreate forum?'
