I finally got everything I needed to install my FP gauge and was torquing the tapped banjo to 18 ft lbs and it snapped. I talked to Robin at Genos and she said she would ship me another one this evening. Anyone that is about to install one of Ray's tapped banjo BE CAREFUL! The bolts are top quality but there isn't alot of meat left after they make the holes larger. I set my wrench to 16 ft lbs first and when I went to 18 ft lbs is when it broke. Also, anyone pondering on doing buisiness with Geno's don't give it another thought. They give excellent service :)

Sorry to hear it

When I installed mine I set my wrench at 15 lbs and when I got there it seemed very tight and I did not have the guts to go any further fearing it would snap. How hard will it be to remove it ?

Rob,

Luckily there was still enough bolt sticking out to grab with a pair of pliers. since it wasn't very tight it came out easy.
