I have this space that I rent each month. It has a single bay door. What are some of the ideas you guys have for making some extra cash with this space.

It's heated, has a bathroom, 12 x14 office.

OK..... I got it (seriously)...



1) Sounds like a good spot for somebody who can detail cars and do car stereo installations. Maybe window tinting, dentless paint removal, etc.



2) A cleaning service, but I would imagine you would need to watch the chemicals.

I just put my toys in mine which is that big. For a money maker..... use it for renting , like boats or just OTHER peoples toys.
