I tried starting my truck this morning and when I turned the ignition switch the power comes on but it wouldn't crank over. I can feel that the switch isn't right like it's worn out really loose. I was just wondering how hard it is to change an ignition switch and do they come w/ new key and tumbler or can I use the old one?

You have to change out the Ign switch not hard you push a pin and have to remove the plastic around column not very hard just take your time .

I had a 78 Dodge Magnum that done the same thing , on it was the rod from the key to the switch , in a Emergency situation un less you have a farm beater you can take down the switch and fire the truck by useing a small screw driver or a nail in the actuator slot , spot for the rods from key,

Its not that hard to do, 4 screws hold the switch to the column then theres a small push pin that release the key cylinder from the switch housing.
