Im new to Diesels

I am new learning and loving this site Like another one that i had just read am mainly reading learning and going to be asking question just because i don't know.



I am wondering what a "#10 plate and 3kgsk" are and what they do. Since i see alot of people have different plate #'s

The plate is the "fuel plate" for the '94-'98 12 valve trucks with the P7100 injection pump. It controls the amount of fuel available at different RPMs. The 3000GSK is a modification done to the governor on the P7100 pump to increase the RPM when the pump defuels.
