Wow, I forgot what it was like. Signed up with Covad for $39 / month, and the first few months are at $22. There is a rebate for the $99 for the equipment, and no contract. We're moving into a house that we are having built in about 4 months, and at this time, DSL isn't available there, so this worked out OK for me.
