If you have a Westach EGT/Boost combo gauge, what is your impression? Pros, Cons? I have one empty spot in my pillar pod and was wondering if I would be satisfied with one of these.

I've had one for about nine years on my '95. It works good and is reliable. The first one I got had a problem so I sent it back to Geno's soon after I got it. They replaced it right away. No problem since then.

I have a 2-pod A-pillar gauge mount and use 2 Westach dual combo gauges - the EGT/Boost in one and dual fuel pressure (pre-filter and post-filter) in the other. I like them fine because I can glance at the needles and tell if they are in the expected ranges or not. I will grant that they can be harder to read insofar as absolute values are concerned - the scales and type are a little smaller in order to fit 2 gauges into one housing.

If you like the "aircraft" look, you'll probably like them. If not, you probably won't. It's a matter of personal taste.
