incentives up or down for, late may, june etc

I have been wanting to order a new truck, last months incentive was $4000 the month before was 0%. This month it has went down to $3500 however almost all the other vehicles in the dodge lineup have went back to 0%, my question is do the incentives usually get more or less this time of year??
