Indiana Lunch

When: Saturday Feb. 28th

Where: Cozzolino Motorsports, 4444 Decatur Blvd, Indianapolis IN

What: Dyno Day

Dyno: Dyno Jet capable of 1200Hp/ 1200 lbft

I talked with Peter today about hosting this at their facility. They have an upstairs confrence room that we can also use to hang out/ eat in. He said they have hosted clubs in the past and they usually make a pizza run and use the upstairs room. They have run some diesel trucks in the past and claim thst they can handle(have enough ventilation for) the smoke.

Cost: If we have a confirmed 10 trucks or more at the beginning of the day it will be $50 per truck for 3 runs/pulls/passes on the dyno. If we have 10 trucks or less it be $75 per truck for 3 runs/pulls/passes on the dyno.

Payment: Cash & Checks only no Credit Cards.

The general location is the south west corner of Indianapolis, not far from the airport. When we get closer to the day I will post directions and start time.

If or when you decide that you want to dyno please let me know. I will try to keep a list of who is planning on dynoing.

If you don't want to dyno come hang out, inhale some smoke, shoot the BS, and watch.

If your are interested in Dynoing please email me at -- email address removed --

Tell me how to mail this thread, I know some guys might be interested. Specially if you let any brand run. Not like a challenge, just everybody strut their stuff.

Cheers,

Steve J.

It this time I have a confirmed 10 to dyno with about 6 on the fence and and from the sounds of things at least 15 more spectators. It looks like we will be in the $50 dollar dyno category for sure. Hopefully as we gey closer more people sign up.

That might be a good mid-winter road trip for me. Barrring any blizzards I'll twist my way out to this deal for some fun. Count me in for spinning my very underpowered truck... ..... Andy

count me in too!!!!

If Dave is in than so am I. Not sure about the dyno just yet, but let me get the new transmission figured out and I will let ya know. Gotta bring some Missouri power up to you guyz.

I have asked about Duallies. Their answer was that a dually with factory size tires fits with a very slight rub. If the tires have been upsized or have aggressive side tread the truck will not fit with both duals on. I think that I would recomend that all of the duallies remove a tire to be on the safe side, its a lot cheaper to take it off and put it back on than it is to replace it. I plan on bringing my jack and impact, it is very weak though, with me. I'm sure that they will lend us an air line to use for this purpose.

I was scheduled to run my truck last night but most of their employees were out with the flu so it will be rescheduled. When I am there I have several questions to ask and more details to fill in. When I have the answers I will have Darrell or J. R. post them or a link to them. I received notice yesterday that I was expired, so I doubt that I will be able to post them here.
