Somebody go and test drive a new 6. 0 Ford and swing back into dyno day with it so we can examine and dyno it!!

TrqMonster... I'm leaving on Saturday morning prolly around 7am. It only takes me an hour and 15 minutes to get to 465 but if I go I-70 that will add 20 min. No biggie. Just post what time you'll be leaving and where from. Maybe meet at Pilot (SR46 & I-70) at 7:00 or so?

Fletcher is where I bought Stack'd-n-Jack'd in April of 98. I never took it back there for any work.

I will be at the dyno day, bugging Kirk lol. I'm up for a trip to Red's sometime.

So how is this going to work if we get 3 runs on the dyno say i pull 350hp then do you have to back that run up with a identical or over run? I have a 3 position switch and i really want to have my first run on 0hp then 50hp and one with 100hp just to see what my box actually does. :p

If you're all wondering about the 6. 0's, I drag raced one last night twice and beat him by about 10 feet. I'm driving a bone stock LLY duramax/allison. He did get the jump on me when we didn't spool em up, but I got him in 3rd every time, he shut off a little early too, mine read 97 and his read 100.

I'd think the 600's would beat both of us. I'm going to have mine there to dyno, any new 600's gonna be there?

EDIT:

ATTN: Ryan, I noticed that my name isn't on the list on the kytdr website. Did you recieve my email? I got yours. Thanks again!

I am going to have to pass and won't make the trip...

The company I drive for has dropped a huge change of operations on us last week, right after we rebid our runs for the year. With not being able to hold a laydown run with the days off I am forced to make a decision between this show and Muncie. I will pass and hope all that come enjoy themselves... ... ... . Andy

I would advise against this. You really need to make at least 2 passes on a setting to verify you are getting a good reading. I would recomend running the top setting twice then if the numbers repeat drop to the second setting for one pass.

This sounds like a pretty cool event to attend:) I live down near Bloomington, IN and I just bought a new 2004. I've been wanting to upgrade it some, but not sure what to do.

I plan on stopping by and seeing everyone's truck and asking lots of questions:D

Thanks,

Dave

Ryan your right i never really thought of it that way i may run it stock for my first then on 100hp for the next two runs. Do the guys that are running the dyno also driving the truck all the rest of the places i've been drive the truck but just thought i'd ask.

that up to you. You can drive if you want to, or they will drive it.

So what is the grand total for peole that want to dyno? I see on the list on the other site that there is at least one duplicate name/screen name. How many trucks per hr do ya think will run? Trying to figure out how long it will take.

Thanks

Craig

At this point I have about 55 trucks on the list to Dyno. That is over 12 hours worth of trucks! I caught the duplicate yesterday AM and corrected it, and got an email about it last night as well.

DYNO list Closed.

At this time I am closing the dyno list. I will not be adding anymore names to the list. If the list grows much beyond where it is at it will become useless due to time constraints.

So are the "two" from WI I posted the 23rd on the list or not? If not on the list and can't get on the list there is not a lot of sence coming down.

Thanks

Craig

They will give you a graph. If you bring a 3 1/2" floppy disc they can also save it to floppy.
