The only question for me is : Will my SBC hold on the dyno?

It is not holding too well on the road. I talked to Peter and he said to dyno the truck to see what kinda power it was making. But if it doesn't hold, we won't really know. Oh well, we will give it a try and see what happens.

kyle here i signed up on kydtr and am having some problems loading the site over there ... just wanted to make sure im on the list before 4:00..... thats what time u plan on cutting the high hp contest right? i know im signed up just wanting to make sure i can get on before 4 ... ill see u in indy early saturday...

Scan Tool?? What do you think

Recently my speed sensor went out of my truck. After replacing it, the Brake and ABS lights have stayed on for approximately 3 months, I have posted earlier on other threads about this, some suggest that after 50 starts the lights should reset, or after unhooking the batterys they should reset, well... ... they are still burning. I am just wondering if anyone is going to bring a scan tool, or what may be needed to turn these lights off. Thanks

Just for reference... is the location in the new industrial park off of highway 67 there on the SW side of Indy. When I cross referenced the map on DTR with Microsoft Streets and Trips... the roads were not there. But if I exit 465 southbound and go south on 67... then go right on Gaswick... those roads are there... right? :)

When I went to find the shop a couple months ago, Ryan's instructions listed were very accurate. The only problem I had was that the name of the shop wasn't prominantly displayed. If you see the Fedex buildings or the Case construction shop, you are right there. The building is modern looking with lots of tinted glass.

Yep

Does Decatur Blvd continue on to become Kollman RD? And you are located near the airport?. (Just so I got the right location)

Thanks, Jim

Ryan do you know what vendors are bringing products? Well tommorrow the big day and i don't think we could have asked for a better day. I'm thinking of leaveing Bargersville at 8:30 or so i'll see everyone in the morning:D :) :p

jtisdale: I'm not sure if Decatur Blvd turns into another road but I doubt it. I think its an industrial drive on its own. It is near the airport but on the south side of I70 and the international airport is on the north side of I70. But its not too far away.

We are leaving in a few min. Its only 1:00am... Wrenched on truck all day and night. Hope to see all this hard work from John Isic and JR Addkins pay off, Thanks guys! Thanks to Paul and Big yellow iron for the assistance today couldnt done it with out the extra hands. Hope to see everyone tommorow!!

The Day started off a little rough but it got going. It was good to see everyone again(even Gene) Thanks to all the people that make this event happen. I appreciate getting on the dyno late to get a run in so I could head home. I just got home about 20 min ago.

Thanks

Craig

I will second that, a BIG THANKS to all who set this up, it was the first dyno day that I have attented, and even though I didn't dyno, I still had a great time! Thanks again, and God Bless, James

RYAN Good job and I hope you didnt gain any gray hairs from any of the minor obstacles. :D

Anyone know where I can hire a good dyno driver?

I went from 422 hp a year ago to 355 hp this year. From a 14. 0 second truck to a 13+ second truck in the 1/4 mile.

Ah heck dyno smyno :) I hope to see some of you at the track with the DHRA this year. I raced last year at all of the Division 3 races ( 6 states ) What a blastOo.

Ryan hats off for a job well done for the problems you had i think it turned out pretty well:) . Alright i didn't get to stay for the whole thing some of the people that went up their with me started to complain so i had to leave when i left the top number was 586hp. Who was the big dog after i left. :)

Rayan with the problems that were encountered it still turned out to be a good event.

Be sure to thank the people at Cozzolino Motorsports for the effort they put out on repairing the dyno. I know it was a massive effort from the amount of phone calls they were making for support.

I enjoyed the event.
