Is anybody or has anyone ran Industrial Injection reman injectors? Who has the best price on stock injectors for an 06? Thanks.

Does anybody else have any hands-on experience with this company's remanufactured injectors? I'd appreciate any positive/negative comments.

Thanks,

Steve

I put a set in an 03 after an engine rebuild. Very little rattle and the truck runs better than it has in a long time. Probably 4000 on them so far with no complaints.

I would not spend the money on II remans, too many problems reported with them.

If you are going to do remans then stick with a certified Bosch reman, less problems over all. New injectors is the best way to go but it will cost a bit more. Depends on your funding. Either TC Diesel or DAP should have a selection of new\reman at good prices.

Genuine Bosch injectors are worth the extra money in many cases. We can calibrate injectors on our test stand. We also now have bigger HP with the correct spray pattern for the 04.5-07

Great product Great price

Rebuilt at Industrial Injection . To save core charges i sent mine in ahead for 1,800$ (100hp) They did'nt take long rebuilding them and they perform extemely well with my new turbo (fleece) and arson 3 kit. My truck has been reborn ! :D

Correct me if I am wrong but I understood that Industrial Injectors was a certified Bosch reman shop. I have not been there in a long time but they were certified then.

Certified Bosch shop means they spent the money to buy the equipment and sent at least one person to the certification training. As with anything else, the final result is what is important. When there are problems it always comes back to process. II was doing remans before Bosch released the specs and all the parts were readily avialable. The results were so mixed that they quit doing them until Bosch got the parts and specs in the pipeline. As they work out how to make a good result repeatable it will get better but they have had some QC issues to this point. Whether it is injectors or the nozzles is a question that is hard to answer.

Common Rail Certified is another level. They have a 815 solution for common rail. I am not sure how long it has been up and running.
