Information Needed on UPGRADES

I have a 3500 dually with automatic that I used to pull a dump trailer that can total GVW (truck and loaded trailer) of 20k. The truck is stock all the way at this point, no gauges, no chips and no exhaust changes. I am wanting to upgrade to TST coupled with a SMARTY Jr. What I need to know is what other upgrades I need to put in place with the above so I dont destroy my truck.
