Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Injection Pump ID Tag

Is there some way I can determine, by the numbers on this ID tag, what engine this pump will fit? All I know is that it is an inline pump, supposedly for a '96 or '97 Cummins ...

Any Bosch fuel shop can tell you the horse power rating. What year is not that important

All I can find is it's not a Dodge pump. Maybe off a CAT or some other Cummins application.
