Injection pump question?

I am looking for a spare injection pump. I have located one for $350. 00 used. It has a part number of 0-460-426-184. Most of the rebuilt ones I have seen have part numbers that end in 205 or 250? Does this make a difference? Is this a good price for a used pump? Thanks

I've never heard of a VE ending in #250 for the 1st gen's. Could be a industrial application though. The #184 is off of a 91-92 truck and the best pump for the 1st gen is #205 which is off of a 93 1st gen.
