Timing housing, pump, lines, injectors are the big items. Different bell crank assembly for throttle cable and throttle pressure cable and TPS if needed. Not sure about the vacuum and ps pump as they may not interchange either. Read the 500+ sticky thread at the top of the page and another about 600hp with a VE pump then consider whether you really need to do the conversion. If you decide to continue good luck. Welcome to the TDR.
It really is one heck of a lot of work... it takes lots of time, money and patience to do that..... even if you have a shop and lots of tools... . not trying to rain on your parade but you gotta know this going in.....
I could get into a p-pump at a reasonable price, this is why i was considering doing the conversion. I think i will stick with my rotary pump for now, it is turned up some but i was scared to do anything with it without good directions. Is there somewhere i could get better info on getting some fuel out of that pump? I dont live to far from Ohio diesel Injection, im sure they could set it up for some cheddar $$
Not all the diesel injection pump shops tweak a pump let alone the VE. It's best to do it yourself, along with the assistance you get from the TDR First Gen Forum.
