What all is involved in changing my VP44 to a P7100? Id love to have the good ole P71 but wasnt sure how hard it is to do. ANy ideas also what does a new P7100 cost these days?

I would talk to someone at either Diesel Dynamics, or Scheid Diesel. Scheid diesel had a 24V sitting on a stand that was converted to a P7100. Looked good to me.
