Archived Injection pump

I heard a loud pop the other night and I found diesel fuel shooting out of the bottom high pressure line. I have removed and cleaned the fitting and it will not seal. My question is does the female fitting on the front of the injection pump that the line screws into come off or do I need a new injection pump? My thanks in advance.

Need some clearification on what fitting, high pressure line and female fitting your talking about.



Fuel inlet, overflow, injector lines, oil supply fitting..... !

That would be injector.
