New Cummins Water Pump 2013-2018 Post Recall

This looks interesting

I may have recently dodged a possible injector problem.

When and if I experience an injector issue I would consider pulling the injectors and having them checked, serviced and possibly rebuilt as necessary by Diesel Pro Inc. in Glen Rock, PA. I buy fuel additive from these folks and have had the occasion to talk with the techs and owner on multiple occasions. They seem to extremely knowledgeable and fully capable of any type of advanced injection and turbo service.

Has anyone used them and if yes can you summarize your experience or make a recommendation. They also do service work on trucks equipment etc. but I am looking for feedback on component service specifically, and not overall repairs or service work.

Also, if this belongs in a different group, moderator please advise.

Thanks

On injector rebuilds done at a local shop-I would have no worries on a first or second gen truck. On third or fourth gen I would skip straight to new,

I just installed a set of BBI .5’s on an 06 with about 190k.Extremely smooth idle,no smoke on snap idle, great power.Waiting to hear back on fuel mileage results.I am expecting positive results. The owner is overwhelmed with the improvements from his prior set of unknown brand 50hp.
