Injector 4

Someone suggested I check #4 as the lines are prone to breakage.



At 190K Everything is tight, but around the injector looks like it was wet once and collected dirt/dust. It is still (moist?) not the right word, but how oil collects dirt and then gets that moist look.



None of the other injectors have this around them?





Guessing I need to do a steam clean and see what shows up at a later date.

For roughly $26 I would just replace it before it breaks completely and leaves you sitting.

So the line itself is replaced? Do I need to replace the isolators as well?

Yes there is supposed to be a new design if memory serves me right

The new line will come with everything you need. The isolator is going to be attached and is a different design.

Going to order from Geno's. Local Stealership wanted $75.

Being completely ignorant of these engines will I need to bleed air out, or is this just a R+R?

JUst R&R the line. The CR systems are self bleeding in the CP-3.
