I will be replacing my injectors and need some advice, should I stay with the stock 215s or upgrade them slightly, with a pair 45hp ones from BD? I dont want any more smoke or high EGTs. My truck is a 98 5speed with a #10 plate sightly back from center(saving up to buy a new clutch). BHAF ,3GSK and 4inch exhaust. I also tow with my truck nothing real heavy, but very mountainous were I live.

If you dont want any more smoke or higher egt's you better stick with the 215's unless you wanna buy a turbo also.

215's are good injectors for mild power as well as fuel milege.

Or you can contact Ross @Dynomite Diesel. I install there injectors and haven't had one disatisfied cutomer. They are clean for the power they produce.

I agree. DDP could fix you up with what you are looking for.

Unless your injectors are bad, which I doubt I'd keep saving for the clutch! ;) I would guess you have a easy 50rwhp left just in adjusting the plate, possibly more. If you buy injectors your clutch will be toast very fast so the injectors will be worthless at that point! If you do buy injectors the clutch AND turbo should be factored in costwise!!

No BD's injectors aren't junk you just need to talk to them about what you are looking for and expecting power wise and what you are working with! Lennys injectors are very good but for half the cost 370's are the best bang for the buck, all depends on what you are looking for long term. Good luck to ya

What I can suggest is a set of 300hp new Bosch injectors. They have very good power and do not smoke. I have them in our sales truck and they give good fuel mileage. These are very reasonably priced injectors. They are in stock! Thanks

I do not like my 300's, I gained no noticeable power over stock 175 injectors (albeit they had 250K on them so there was horsepower creep) but I can't imagine you would gain anything over 215's if I didn't with worn 175's.
