Injector Diagnosis/Replacement Costs?

Alright, I definately have the infamous injector knock on one injector that I can hear... But my truck is well out of waranty. What is the dealer charging to figure out which injector it is and replace? How about them just telling me which one it is and me replacing it? Probably be cheaper to just buy some DDII's or something...

You can run your engine with the valve cover off without oil flinging everywhere. Then use a stethoscope or a piece of hose to listen to each injector. Should be able to pinpoint the knock. Herb
