quick and easy inj install

two of you guys sent them to me but something is keeping them from opening. I have Norton Anti Virus too, can that stop it? Now what?

Only thing I can suggest is to disable Norton before getting your mail, then restarting Norton after you get the file. I use McAafee myself so I won't be much help. I sent a couple out again so if you still get blocked, let me know and I'll try a trick that gets through our firewall at work.
