Injector line torque

I'm about to install a set of 275RV injectors. I have found a couple of post that mention torqueing the injector line nuts with a crows foot wrench but no mention of the amount of torque is mentioned... what is it?

Also read some mention of haveing to replace the injector lines themselves, is this necessary?

28 ft lb. Lines are fine but the early 24 valve engines, pretty much through the 98 model year, have softer (?) connector tubes and they might need to be replaced at about $90. I have never had to do so but tighten the nuts carefully so as not to overtorque them. If they leak, you can carefully add a bit more torque.
