Injector lines

Where can I find some 1/4"(or is it 6mm) 304SS tubing with a minimum pressure rating of 26ksi?



I think some Swagelock "Sno-Trik" pre-coned annealed tubing would work great...



Any other ideas?

have you looked at 321 or 347 SS. you would'nt have to anneal it if you welded on it and its tensile is 75KSI and yield is 30KSI



it's commonly used is boilers and high pressure steam apps.



BTW what are you doing, making some pretty fuel lines?

all I will say is this.



the VP44 has the ability to produce a discharge pressure of 1400 bar. Add 20% for a safety factor.



using DD3's as shower heads... and a (sic) injector pump to supply them with enough fuel for 600 HP..... I need some custom Injector Lines.
