I don't think you need one. Just use one of the bolts that holds on the valve cover. All you do is screw it in to the top of the injector, and pull like the dickens untill it pops out.
What engine are you doing the injector swap on? 12v or 24v?? Your sig shows that you have a 12v, but you posted this question on the 24v forum. Just checking.
You don't need a puller to remove 24V injectors but I think an injector tube puller is a good idea. Instead of pulling the injector up with the injector tube still in the side of the injector, this allows you to pull the tube out enough to remove the injector thus minimizing possible damage to the seating surfaces. I got mine from Miller SPX for under $8 do its a must have at that price.
