injector rattle/codes

After my fiasco with my last injector/nozzlecombo i put a NEW set of Bosch injectors in with the II 60 hp dragon fly's. All was well for the past week until yesterday when I fired it up and got the same rattle i was before. It threw both the p0088 and p0251 codes. I shut it off immediately pulled and reset the codes; fired it back up and it was gone. no problems the rest of the day. Fired it up this morning, no problems; then again this afternoon and once again, rattle rattle. I shut it off and started it 4-5 times and it kept doing it. I read and reset the codes (same codes as before), started it again and it was fine... It seems to be intermittent.



Any ideas?

BTW, it's got a new FCA and i've performed the circuit test; all good. I will test the plug to FCA connection tommorrow, maybe its loose.

You have NO luck... At anyrate did you unplug the Pressure sensor like I ask you to do when it started and rattle... ?

Yep, didnt do anything except throw a sensor signal code. Wishin' now that I never F***ed with those injectors... !
