Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Injector service recommendation wanted

I have a '96 12-valve engine. In 2000 upgraded to a Dr. Performance phase II injection pump and "twister" injectors. I have been told recently that I'm having some injector issues, as it is running rough and the fuel mileage has dropped considerably. The problem is I just found out Dr. Performance is out of business, and I want somebody who knows injectors and injector pumps so I don't make things worse by mixing different technologies. I would appreciate any recommendations in the Portland, Oregon, area (within a 100-mile radius) for a qualified shop to look into and repair my problems.
