Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) injector torque spec ??

I just pulled the injectors out of my 96 2500 5 spd. I had them popped and got new crush washers, but no one knew the torque spec. for the hold down nut. Can some one help? I ran a search but did not find it. Thanks

44 ft lbs should get you there. Make sure your washers are not so thin that the injector nut bottoms out against the head. Hope this helps.

Have you got any pictures of your stack? I think a single 5" would look great.

the instructions on my injectors from PDR said that they were only torqued to 18 ft/lbs. Second gen engine so I would assume it's the same. But maybe it's different because they are 215s.

The injector retainer nut that holds the injector in the well is 44 ft lbs, the fuel line going onto the injector is 18 ft lbs. I believe this is what you mean?
