Running any larger than stock injectors won't directly cause problems, what they *might* do is cause an over-boost signal to the ECM which could cause the truck to run in what has been called limp mode. See, with larger injectors, it is possible to make more than 20 PSI of boost on the stock turbo (or any turbo) which is where the ECM decides there is some type of problem and may put the truck into limp mode.
So, if you don't have EGT & boost gauges yet, I would HIGHLY recommend that you install those before the injectors. Then, until you get at least a boost fooler box, always keep one eye on your boost gauge and don't let it get over 19 PSI.
