Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Injectors and boost

I just got a nice 4'' exhaust and k&n. 275 Injector should be here tomorow. If I get this right, my extra air and larger exhaust is curently getting rid of some heat (about 150 F). The 275 injectors should bring it back up 150-200 F. My question is, do I still need extra boost to cool things down even more? (Boost fooler and elbow) And is this set up going to set any codes? (heat, over boost, or???)

1998. 5 24 valves 2500 4x4 quad,auto with shift kit, K&N, 4'' exhaust, fuel pressure, 3rd LP from Maine.
