My '03 has the California special ISB 235 (CPL 8410) I need new injectors, leaning towards the Bosch Motorsports 50hp's. I have a Banks Sixgun with speedloader, Banks intercooler, and Intake, Fass fuel pump, not sure what turbo or what injectors are in the truck at this time. 140,000 miles. I am assuming that the injectors are stock, I bought the truck used with approx. 100,000 miles, it had all the Banks stuff on it then, I don't tow real heavy, normally just leave the sixgun on 3. My concern is that all the injectors say good for the 250 and 305 but they never mention the 235 so I just want to make sure that the 143 degree injectors are ok to use in the 235.

Thanks in advance for any information,

They are all the same injector, tuning made the HP levels different. The 235 has the re-entrant bowl and the 143 pattern nozzles. Just watch the EGT's and time at higher temps, the SO engines do not have gallery cooling so they will not tolerate extended high in-cylinder temps. Not sure what the Banks does to timing and such but even at 1200 degrees extended time can result in a melted piston. The BMS50's are going to give you a little more fuel so some care and maybe driving adjustment will be needed.

Thanks, that matches with what I thought, just wanted to verify. If it does start running to warm just gives me an excuse to get rid of the sixgun and get a smarty and a pair of turbos!
